Per Diem Program Relief

Schedule: Per diem, hours vary

Salary: $17.50 / hour 

The Per Diem Professional Program staff provides individual and group support to clients in a residential or day program. Teach skills to enhance independence and quality of life. Function in a professional role in order to fulfill programmatic needs/routines.

The Per Diem Professional Program staff has a range of duties including:

Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans. Responsible for a variety of daily tasks with clients. This includes rehabilitative interventions, behavioral interventions and monitoring, scheduling appointments, monitoring progress, providing transportation, and other related tasks. Provide role model and support to clients. Assist them in becoming fully integrated into their communities. Assess clients' physical and emotional status, and report changes to supervisor Ensure program site safety and maintenance as necessary at all times. Oversee and participate in the daily living and cleaning of the program, inside and outside with clients. Perform other related duties as required.
