Per Diem RN (Registered Nurse)

As the premier concierge Home Healthcare provider on the Main Line, we are actively looking to welcome experienced RN's into our family to lead the growth and development of our In-Home Nursing business. Working closely with our Director of Nursing, this position will be Per-Diem with a high level of flexibility to work around another job or personal commitments.

The Per-Diem RN is responsible for quality, adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff. The Per-Diem RN is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to. Work as many or as few hours as you want in The Main Line area with nights, days, weekends, and holidays available.

Responsibilities

Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice actMonitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changesProvide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal lawsCounsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements

Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being providedBachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program2+ years’ experience on your licenseReliable car/auto insuranceClean background and criminal recordUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality

Preferred:

1+ Years' Infusion Experience1+ Years' Supervisory Experience
