The Mood Disorders Day Hospital at Sheppard Pratt’s Baltimore/Washington Campus offers a comprehensive continuum of care for adults who require a level of care between inpatient and outpatient. Our treatment team provides six and a half hours of therapeutic programming each day.
What to expect.
You will provide compassionate care to adults 18+. No evening or weekend hours are required.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Leading the planning, direction, and assessment of the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital program. Implementing effective processes for admissions, treatment coordination, and discharge, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough communication with the next level of care. Providing supervision and support for the professional growth of program staff. Collaborating in developing program budgets and monitoring expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility. Ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.What we need from you.
Must possess one of the following Maryland licenses at time of hire: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)At Sheppard Pratt, you will work alongside a multi-disciplined team led by a bold vision to change lives. The pay range for this position is $32 - $40/hr.
