We are looking for a Perfect Store Specialist for our Romanian business unit!

Perfect Store program is an enterprise program enabling to operationalize our strategy to execute with excellence where the shoppers are at the point of sales.

This program is critical to grow the pet nutrition snacking category, by converting more shoppers and maximizing the Physical and Digital execution of our brands.

What is the role about?Your role will be critical to fuel our growth and engaging broader customer facing teams to have clarity on our execution winning strategy and priorities, to be our customer partner of choice.Your role will be essential to engage the broader one demand team behind program, pilot the market/cluster performance by embedding perfect store as a top priority partnering with our customer facing sales (KAMs, category managers and Field sales) to deliver our Perfect Store plans.As we evolve to an intelligent Perfect Store, you will play a key change management role transitioning to selling digitized capabilities. Partnering with digital technology experts to ensure the adoption of new solutions to enable data driven decision & selling to customers will be essential.Your scope requires a strong ability to collaborate with associates locally (Leadership team, Sales team, Category Leadership team, Sales support team, Digital technologies), globally and regionally.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Contribute to designing our merchandising strategy based on shopper insights, and engagement of the whole organization behind our Picture of Success by providing analytical support for opportunity-sizing, setting plans and KPI targets.Determining individual Perfect Store targetsEngaging broader organization internally behind Perfect execution as a performance & engagement driver (especially by leading PICOS project)Working collaboratively across functions (including Leadership team) to drive the implementation of action plans, monitor progress, and decisions needed in our key signature processesTurning data into insights, in developing executive summaries, presentations, reports, and business cases to support our customer facing teams to sell merchandising recommendationsMaking sure that Perfect Store measures and definitions are appropriately reflected in the Sales Force Automation tool, data collection model and reporting environment.Knowing our Merchandising Must Haves by heart and apply these principles in daily recommendations in building customer facing teams’ capabilities.Cooperating with regional & global Perfect Store community, sharing best practices, and implementing learnings from other markets. You will provide required data and evaluate Perfect Store program quality in line with company standards.Developing required capabilities for intelligent Perfect Store transformation, including tool pipeline successful adoption in the organization through change managementDelivering data from local reports and other sources to regional and local teams (Excel, PowerBIs, ppt presentations)Presenting to others (on SOP+ cycles, trainings to Sales team etc.)Find inspirations, assessing execution and monitoring the market in Romania in store

What are we looking for?

Proven ability to convert data into impactful insights, complemented by a professional and persuasive approachExperience in analytical area (ideally proven business experience, preferable from Commercial analytics or other relevant function e.g. Category Management, Sales, Shopper Marketing)Excellent PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI skill as an adventageProject management skillsExperience in working in an international environmentDriving licenseEnglish (working in multinational team) and Romanian
