Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for analysis related to business and program performance, operational reporting, decision-making support for assigned areas. You will report to the Performance Analytics Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will develop financial and operational analysis and reports through data mining and research; use basic financial performance metrics to support analysis.
2. Compile trend analysis and communicating any areas of success or concern to management.
3. Create profitability / expense impact forecasts for assigned areas based on proposed plans.
4. Develop detailed spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), financial models, charts and graphs depicting actual to forecast detail.
5. You will create reports tied to Key Performance Indicators for assigned support departments.
6. Produce necessary trend reporting on Key Performance Indicators for assigned departments.
7. Create accurate analysis for communication partners.
8. Maintain daily, monthly, and annual review metrics for assigned Business and Program partners.
9. Provide ad-hoc analysis.
10. Export data from source systems and provide analysis on results through Excel including pivot tables, data linking and complex formulas.
11. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field and two (2) years of experience in planning and analysis, OR six [6] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing.
· Ability to analyze recommendations based on statistical reports
· Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines and has integrity
