Performance & Analytics Associate Are you an analytical person who likes to engage with clients? Do you enjoy delving into data to find answers and insights? The role has the flexibility to work remotely and from our London office on a hybrid basis. What the day will look like Every day is different which keeps it interesting, but key tasks would include: Data collation from reporting systems; mapping; manipulation; and interrogation/quality assurance. Supporting the building of client reports and summarising findings to executive sponsors. Supporting the delivery of client results. Preparing research for internal team meetings and external client meetings. Helping to enhance the product offering. How this opportunity is different High revenue generating team that provides unique benchmarking insights to clients Small, supportive team providing a lot of opportunities to thrive and develop skills across data analysis, client relationship management and business development Exposure to senior stakeholders at Investment Banks, and supporting them with data to make strategic decisions Opportunity to collaborate and build networks with colleagues across Talent and the wider Aon Hybrid working model with the flexibility to work in the office and at home Skills and experience that will lead to success As an Associate in the Performance and Analytics team, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Desire to develop knowledge of clients we work with and build a commercial understanding of investment bank efficiency drivers, operating models, market trends. Committed to accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work. Proactive mindset, willingness to learn on the job, and able to work independently. Curiosity to question and understand the implications of internal processes/client results. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and good personal organisation or project management acumen. Advanced Excel and PPT skills. Ability to handling and analysing large data sets. Relevant academic or professional qualifications. Experience in statistics, finance, or research field will be advantageous.
