Performance Assurance Specialist II

The Readiness Assurance Contractor Assurance (RACA) Performance Assurance Specialist II is responsible, under the supervision and direction of the WTCC Contractor Assurance Manager, for supporting WTCC implementation of the WTP Contractor Assurance System program. Specifically, this job position will be responsible for the agenda, reporting, and facilitation of weekly DFLAW Issue Management Review Group (IMRG) and weekly DFLAW Issue Management Review Board (IMRB) meetings. Additionally, this position will be responsible for administration of DFLAW elements managed within the WTP Corrective Action Management Program (CAMP) system (Devonway software); including Condition Reports, Recommendations, and Lessons Learned.
Other position responsibilities may include providing general WTCC implementation support for WTP Contractor Assurance program elements including; corrective action development, extent of condition evaluations, effectiveness reviews, generating monthly reports, reporting, performance metrics, trending, assessments, lessons learned, and other related activities within the organization.
**This position shall be performed under the day-to-day direction, control, and supervision of WTCC.**
**MAJOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS**
+ Prepare IMRG and IMRB agendas and reports
+ Facilitate IMRG and IMRB meetings
+ Perform super-user administration of DFLAW elements within CAMP system (Devonway)
+ Maintain expertise with the projects Contractor Assurance System requirements and procedures
+ Provide support for DFLAW CAS elements managed within CAMP (Devonway)
+ Provide lessons learned program support and facilitate continuous feedback and improvement
+ Provide support for Performance Improvement Review Board (PIRB) meetings as required
+ Timely reporting of contractor assurance program implementation issues to management
+ Performs other RACA activities as directed by management.
+ Support the Nuclear Safety Quality Culture by emphasizing the values of safety and quality in the performance of work in order to protect self, others, and the environment

**REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or specific training in area of expertise. In Lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience in operations, engineering, and/or technical experience or equivalent.
**Experience:** 6 years of experience in performance assurance or issues management; such as issue identification, analysis, prioritization, corrective action plan development and implementation, development of performance indicators or metrics, trending analysis, and/or lessons learned.
Experience in maintaining assessment processes, schedules, impacts, outcomes, and issues.
**Preferred:**
+ Knowledge of DOE O 226.1B, _Implementation of Department of Energy Oversight Policy_
+ Experience with Issues Management (IM) software (Devonway products)
+ Advanced computer skills
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
**(EFNM) Exposed Field Non-Manual-** Performs desk work, including writing, computer workstation processes, and telephone operation. Arranges for and/or performs presentations, oral reports, planning meetings, and other formal and informal contacts, requiring long periods of sitting. Oversees field activities through inspections, testing and equipment operations, which requires walking, standing, bending, and turning along with wearing of personal protective equipment. Occasional loading, transport, and unloading of tools and/or supplies specific to an activity.
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,835.92 - $178,251.96 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

**This position is located at the Construction Site (22 miles north of Richland) and works a 4 x 10 schedule, M-Th, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.**
