Responsibilities The Opportunity: The Performance & Comms Analyst will be responsible for the data gathering, processing and reporting creation (Power BI), and data analysis to transform it into actionable information that supports tactical and strategic business decisions for our Global People stakeholders. The role will have to leverage technologies and tools ensuring operational efficiency and quality. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders within the People function, including People functional teams and People business partners. Your Impact: As Performance & Comms Analyst your functions would consist of Communication: Facilitate clear communication of global processes and projects, provide training, and ensure seamless adoption within the team and stakeholders Data Collection: Gathering data from different sources, including databases, surveys, and external datasets Data Processing: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cleaning and transforming raw data into a standardized and usable format Data Analysis: Using statistical methods, algorithms, and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, correlations, and insights Quality Assurance: Ensuring continuous accuracy verification and data reliability, addressing data-related issues, and implementing solutions to enhance data quality Automation: Developing and implementing automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload with PowerBI, Python and SQL Data Integration: Combining data from different sources to create a comprehensive view that can provide a more holistic understanding of the business or problem at hand Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as functional People Capabilities, business analysts, and decision-makers, to understand data requirements and provide valuable insights Compliance: Ensuring that data collection and processing activities comply with relevant regulations and data privacy policies Continuous Improvement: Staying informed about new technologies, tools, and methodologies in data analysis to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, statistics, mathematics or related field of study. Fluent in English (Written & Verbal skills) Recent graduated, last semester student or 1+ years of performance measurement and/or BI reporting experience. Minimum experience in designing and delivering trainings Knowledge of scripting or statistical language: Python and SQL, R. (Nice to have) Experience in: MS Power Platform tools, Power BI, Visier, Visio Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word Analytical Skills Data interpetration and story telling skills If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
