The Role
The Performance Delivery Practice (PD) leads the delivery of best-in-class service and support solutions to retirement plan sponsors, advisors, participants, and internal Fidelity associates. PD partners with customer-facing leaders across the Workplace Investing Service and Revenue organizations to help achieve prioritized business objectives.
Modeled as an internal consultancy, PD strives to establish deep expertise and objective perspectives in all areas we serve. PD associates routinely gain exposure to a diverse set of business leaders and benefit from work assignments that vary across the Business. Unlike external consultancies, PD maintains ongoing relationships with our internal business partners, often extending our engagements to implement the recommendations we make. Complementing the team’s interesting and impactful work portfolio is a high priority on the overall health and personal balance of our associates.
As a Vice President, Team Lead in Performance Delivery, you will manage a portfolio of individual projects and initiatives while leading and coaching the work of others. You will partner with executive and senior leaders in our service and revenue organizations to deliver value across a broad portfolio, focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, associate experience, and strategic enablement.
Performance Delivery employs a breadth of standards and best practices in strategic consulting, operating model assessment and design, business-oriented technology development, and new product deployment.
The PD team attracts, develops, and retains premier talent passionate about process and technology and focused on delivering human-centered solutions. PD has a culture of ownership, autonomy, and strong partnerships in the Practice and across the Firm. Each team member plays an important role in building the team’s bench strength, defining and deploying best practices, advancing diversity and inclusion, and supporting career development. And we all have a lot of fun doing it!
