Performance Improvement Analyst
**Description** Under the direction of the Senior VP Affiliated Networks, this position will analyze financial data and utilization data to understand the underlying causes for business performance and variance among budgets and forecasts. This individual will identify potential areas of improvement amongst provider networks and prepare various analyses and reports. In addition, this position will collaborate with Affiliate Physicians and operational Leadership to develop action plans based on analysis of utilization and financial data. Will also be responsible for presenting the results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures to Affiliate leadership at various committee meetings as necessary. Or equivalent education/experience. + Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
