We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. What you’ll be doing:
This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.
The Performance Improvement and Risk Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of their assigned region’s performance improvement and risk management programs. ERC Pathlight’s risk management program is designed to identify, communicate, and act on potential risk exposures to help ensure a safe environment for the protection of patients, teammates, and guests. The process improvement program uses data to inform decisions and implement processes and procedures that promote the safety and quality of care provided.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains the incident report tracking system for the region, which includes leading investigations, assigning tasks and follow up, determining severity, and required reporting Collects and analyzes data for quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) reviews. Collaborates with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis and discussion Guides and supports implementation of performance improvement initiatives driven by performance improvement plans and corrective actions from survey findings Conducts patient safety data analysis trending and monthly reporting Collaborates with larger Compliance team to identify and lead local performance improvement initiatives Conducts new employee orientation and periodic trainings on topics related to compliance, performance improvement, and risk management Co-chairs the Patient Safety Committee in partnership with Facilities team Collaborates with Compliance leadership to lead on-site surveys and responsesQualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in Healthcare or related field required CPHQ Certification preferred 2+ years’ experience working in risk management or clinical quality in health care setting Ability to interpret and analyze data Proficient in MS Office Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What’s in it for you:

Compensation starting range for the Performance Improvement & Risk Manager role is $75,000 to $105,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
