Current knowledge and understanding of regulatory and accreditation agency standards, preferred.  Ability to work with a variety of disciplines and levels of staff across departments and the organization.  Effective presentation, written and oral communication skills.  Effective problem-solving and time management skills. Knowledge of evidence-based practice and principals. Knowledge and application of a wide variety of advanced performance improvement tools and methods.
