Are you a Technical guru in Business Intelligence with a keen eye to turn raw data into visualising reports? Our Performance Intelligence Analyst will work closely across the Broader Commercial Excellence and Brand teams supporting on collating and analysing data to present findings that are adjusted to the audience, along with contributing your recommendations on how to improve processes and knowledge of latest trends and techniques.

Main responsibilities:
Develop analytical tools to deliver clear, unbiased view on the ANZ business performance connecting financial data, market data, consumer data, media, digital marketing and field force data
Implement relevant database and PowerBI data models required for reporting
Support the Performance Systems lead on delivery of the roadmap for short, medium and longer-term reporting, tracking, visualisations and data integration needs
Manage and maintain reporting infrastructure with Knime, Snowflake and PowerBI
Deliver reporting and tracking with accuracy, and on time, to track brand performance, forecasts vs actual
KPI tracking and performance monitoring reports with dashboards and rule-based diagnostics to highlight Return of Investment (ROI) on key brand activities
Competitor tracking across all data sets (including internal and external data) and working with external sources
Develop processes in data modelling to assist Business Intelligence team in tracking seasonality and projections
Enable faster and smarter decision making with advanced analytics and up-to-date trends
Be a subject matter expert on the mechanics of various data sources and measurements across Australia
Implement and manage best practices in maintaining data models and modelling processes
Be a point of contact for the Global Data Steward on the integrity of local data. Support any clarification, remedial actions required.
About you
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant Statistical Background
Experience:
Minimum 2 x years working experience across Business Analytics, Business Intelligence using Power BI
Experience in creating data pipelines and exposure to ETLs that combine data from disparate sources
Experience in data warehousing, modelling and database management concept
Background in FMCG, OTC industry or Retail industry an advantage but not a must
Technical & Soft Skills:
Advanced level SQL, DAX and data modelling skills with experience on large datasets
Experience using Knime, Snowflake and Power BI tools preferred
Attention to detail, persistence, commit to deadlines and deliver is a must have
Curious mindset and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
Team spirit, persuasiveness and collaboration with cross functional partners
Strong analytical thinking, planning and organizing
