Job Purpose:

Qdos Contractor is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Performance Executive to join our growing team and help shape our future growth strategy.

In this role you will manage reporting and analysis initiatives. You'll become the company's data guru, empowering the team with insightful dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and actionable recommendations to fuel growth and optimise marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Tracking and Optimisation
 

Monitor the PPC performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness through data analysisTest and optimise various elements of the website and campaigns, including customer buying journeys, landing pages and PPC ad copyAssist in implementing tracking improvements across the websites using GTM optimisations and data layer ingestion
 

Audience Segmentation
 

Segment customer and prospect data to better understand customer behaviour and preferencesDevelop personas and audience profiles to guide targeted marketing efforts
 

Data Visualisation
 

Use data visualisation tools to present data in a clear and actionable mannerTranslate complex data into easy-to-understand visuals for non-technical stakeholders

CRM
 

Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisationUse statistical and analytical tools to extract insights from large datasetsCommunicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner and recommend actionable insight

Skills and Experience Specification:

Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) in an e-commerce contextConfident using Tag Manager and Looker StudioExperience with CRM software managementExperience with automated marketing toolsProficiency in data analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences, including senior leadership.A proven ability to collaborate and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.Expertise with marketing analytics tools and platforms.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.Creative and innovative thinker, intellectually curious with the ability to challenge the status quo.
