Overview:
Gopuff is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join the Growth Marketing Team leading a range of performance media channels for Gopuff. This is an exciting new role with ample opportunity to shape the strategic and tactical framework for Gopuff to drive customer growth.
This person will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies to drive user acquisition for Gopuff. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance marketing channels, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our media efforts align with broader business goals and customer acquisition targets. You Will:Develop and Execute Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across key channels including Google, Apple Search and AffiliatesOptimize Media Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for key KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend Management: Oversee and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI Testing and Experimentation: Partner with analytics to execute incrementality testing for acquisition effortsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, creative, and growth teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and user journey optimizationsReporting and Insights: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvementForm Strong Partnerships: Work closely with external media partners to form a strong collaboration to drive the business forwardYou Have:6+ years of experience working as a Performance Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and ideally some retention experience.Strong experience in running Google channels and understanding best practice to deliver growth across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, UAC.Experience with Apple Search and Affiliates is a plusExperience setting up incrementality studies for performance media, ideally with a retail focused appExcellent analytical skills, able to leverage data and metrics to drive performance improvement actionsFlawless execution and an ability to work with XFN partners to drive impact for the businessAbility to implement test & learn initiatives partnering with media partners and performance media agencyStrong understanding of media attribution inclusive of privacy challenges and technical initiatives to help solveCompensation:Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
