Performance Marketing Manager

The Manager, Performance Marketing will oversee and grow paid digital marketing tactics across our brands. We are looking for someone to align with our internal marketing and desired media platforms to optimize campaigns and achieve desired ROAS targets. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to think strategically for the broader success of the performance marketing program and be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends and implementing optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the manager, performance marketing are outlined below and include, but are not limited to the following:

Develop and execute data driven performance marketing strategies to achieve growth objectivesPartner closely with internal category teams and any external agencies to plan, develop and implement paid marketing campaigns across various channels including, but not limited to paid search, paid social, display advertising and email marketingProvide inputs on an integrated marketing calendar to incorporate the comprehensive media planLead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementProactively seeks opportunities to evolve performance by developing and implementing new strategies, optimizations, and A/B tests, ensuring we achieve KPIs and media efficiency targets Creates and delivers campaign performance reports and leads performance discussions with internal stakeholders including results, insights, and recommended optimizationsImprove the efficiency of our sponsored products at retailer websitesAssume a pivotal role in evaluating and implementing new acquisition channelsStay up-to-date with industry trends and bring forth new/innovative ways to propel the business forwardHandle budget projections, planning, forecasts and invoice managementQualifications5+ years of digital marketing proven experience which includes paid search and social and media planning and buying2+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goodsActive certifications for Google Ads, Meta, and Google Analytics.Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and programmatic ad networks.Experience and proven success managing a large portfolio of brands with a wide variety of budgets and KPIs.A strong understanding of SEO best practices is preferred.Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00

Full Suite Benefits from the first day. Bonus structure on department based on personal and company performance.
