ideas and technology. Pella Corporation is looking for an experienced digital growth strategist to lead 

demand generation campaigns and strategy execution and create a new model for our channel partners in local markets. This position will be responsible for building, executing, and analyzing enterprise demand generation campaigns across multiple channels that drive pipeline and growth across all audiences and geographies. The ideal candidate will leverage deep analytic capabilities and customer targeting to run experiments and scale acquisition across all digital channels- paid and organic. 

 

This role is an integral part of the design and execution for exceptional digital experiences,

building relationship with key cross-functional teams, and ensuring we deliver outstanding digital events that are 

aligned to Pella's strategy and campaigns. At Pella Corporation, we are constantly studying and adopting best 

practices and new techniques, creatively finding new ways to unlock growth, and this position will run point 

on our efforts.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor business goal performance and identify digital property, channel, and campaign opportunities. Analyze digital property, channel, and campaign data to develop meaningful insights and recommendations to optimize the user experience and conversion performance. 

Lead all aspects of the execution of paid performance media, email, SMS, paid social and related channel activities to increase leads and engagement. Manage team to increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy. Launch lead nurture programs/campaigns to move leads down the sales cycle. Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help measure, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts. Deeply understand and quickly react to change in performance and share learnings and results with other teams. Drive a seamless customer experience through the creation and execution of cohesive brand and channel/ segment to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity. Ownership of monthly marketing metrics and goals, reporting on conversions, conversion points, and more. Work closely with the Sales leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns. Partner with internal retail marketing team to drive digital leads into existing value paths. Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of B2B tech, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification. 7+ years of performance marketing experience. Experience setting and leading social marketing strategy and campaigns to drive measurable value creating behaviors. Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams. Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, and other key marketing stack solutions. Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, hit deadlines and be highly accountable for results. Self-starter that can balance the need to deliver immediate impact and make progress on long-term digital transformative initiatives.

SOFT SKILLS:

Experience in stakeholder communication and management (from business leaders to internal partners). Core Consulting Practices:  Ability to translate technical data/trends into business objectives/core impact.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Advertising, Marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 5-7+ years of related professional experience including online/web experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills are necessary. Excel, Word, Power Point experience required.  Experience with web analytics, Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, and other key marketing stack solutions.
