Description We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, based in New York, New York. This role will focus on the execution and development of performance marketing strategies, primarily on LinkedIn, as well as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and search engines. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, providing strategic input into budget allocation, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive performance marketing strategies, with a focus on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and search engines.
• Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns to maximize the return on ad spend and achieve financial targets.
• Provide strategic direction on the allocation of media spend budget to ensure efficient use of resources and attainment of performance goals.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and adjust marketing tactics based on key performance indicators such as Net Media Cost and return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and leadership, to align marketing initiatives with broader company objectives.
• Guide and mentor entry level members of the marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Achieve or surpass Marketing Cohort financial targets, including Net Media Cost and return on ad spend.
• Drive conversions and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn and other paid platforms.
• Manage media spend across platforms effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and return on investment.
• Develop a performance marketing strategy that supports the company's growth objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in Linkedin Ads, with a proven ability to create and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Solid experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results and improving KPIs.
• Demonstrable skills in Growth Marketing, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth.
• Strong understanding of Return on Investment, and the ability to strategize and implement methods to increase profitability.
• Experience in Paid Media, with the ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure a high return on ad spend. Innovation starts with people.®
