National Vision, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Manager of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital and paid social media programs. Reporting to the Director of Media, this role plays a critical part in driving both top-line revenue growth and appointments to our website. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of paid media strategies, and a proven track record of collaborating with external agencies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.
Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital and social media strategies aligned with business goals.Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in digital marketing efforts.Oversee day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Programmatic).Develop, execute and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms to drive customer acquisition, revenue and grow brand visibility.Lead paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, drive site traffic, and increase appointment bookings.Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital marketing agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, execution, and performance metrics.Provide guidance and feedback to ensure campaigns meet quality standards and deliver results.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.Prepare regular reports for leadership showcasing KPIs, trends, and recommendations for optimization.Work closely with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, Analytics, IT) to align messaging, targeting, and customer experience.Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing initiatives.Qualifications
Work Experience
6+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid digital and social media. ((Required))Education
Four year college degree or equivalent experience. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)
