Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (SMS) is one of America’s top-five non-bank mortgage-servicing companies. What is mortgage servicing? Our clients are businesses that own mortgage loans (such as banks and real estate investment firms). On their behalf, we manage (or “service”) their loan portfolios, which means that we collect homeowners’ mortgage payments, pay their tax and insurance bills, and help homeowners in default to get current.
 

Primary Function

The Performance Oversight Coordinator is responsible for preparing, tracking, and compiling client communications and performance results for the foreclosure teams. In addition, they are responsible for participating on client calls and noting deliverables or feedback, and providing that recap to the team. They are also responsible for ensuring reporting is provided to clients timely by the teams. They will organize and create tracking for the teams for any necessary feedback and deadlines. Performance Oversight Coordinators also may handle client driven requirements like Motion for Additional Sums (MFAS) directions, open item completion, and other data compilation.
