Your role and responsibilitiesYou will be providing holistic support and services to our Process Automation Divisions(PA) on all Performance and Reward(P&R) requirements and ensuring Business needs are met while consistency on the way we reward our employees across the PA Business and ABB is ensured. This requires working transversally within the PA P&R Team, but also with the broader P&R community and all stakeholders involved in a complex matrix organization. The role will be expected to act as the subject matter expert on all P&R topics. The role will also have responsibility for managing projects and leading on certain aspects of P&R for the respective business utilizing extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish a variety of complex tasks. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Performance and Reward (P&R) team of Process Automation (PA) business based out in Bangalore. Main stakeholders are Business stakeholders, P&R community, HRBPs, HR Operations.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tActing as a trusted Performance and Reward (P&R) Partner in support of the Divisions and understanding the overall business Strategy and develops relevant Performance and Reward solutions to answer Business needs.•\tTaking responsibility for dedicated P&R activities and works closely with the business to understand their needs and ensure that these are being met in line with the requirements of the core P&R policies and procedures. •\tTypically supporting Single-Cycle activities (Annual Salary Review, Annual Incentive Plans, Performance Management, LTIP etc.) in their respective business in collaboration with expert services and operations. •\tDriving performance management process in the respective business, Run regular reports to ensure that individual targets and business KPIs are being properly implemented and develop initiatives to improve the performance culture•\tRegularly conducting Job Mapping calibration to drive consistency across business•\tFacilitating the respective Business’ annual salary planning and annual salary review (ASR) process in liaison with HRBPs, business leads, Finance, Labor Relations, and other ABB businesses•\tSupporting / Guiding the Business with Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) design, assignments etc. •\tSupporting execution of pay equity and other P&R harmonization projects and providing market data and analytics to support the decision-making process
Qualifications for the role\tAround 10 years of relevant Performance & Reward experience, ideally with a mix of consulting and corporate background.\tAbility to create a trust-based relationship with customers, understand their needs and translate them into workable solutions.\tGreat project management/ planning capabilities, great analytical and excel modeling skills. Great presentation skills on power point.\tStrategic/ out of the box thinking and at the same time hands-on experience.\tPositive mindset, flexible and solution oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\tAbility to navigate complex matrix organization and deliver concrete outcome while engaging with a wide range of senior stakeholders.\tEnglish fluency, cross cultural management skills.
