The ROLE :
Performance Tester Profile
Graduate of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering or any related degree.
- Primary responsibility will be to assess, enhance the performance, scalability, and stability of our systems thru load testing, performance monitoring, tuning and optimization using tools such as Microfocus Load Runner, and New Relic. - Experience designing test loads including scenario selection, test data prep, execution, and reporting in an enterprise-level application (Web UX, API, Database)Responsibilities:Performance Testing: Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests of enterprise-level applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, scenarios, and success criteriaPerformance Monitoring: Establish performance monitoring strategies using New Relic to continuously monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks. Generate reports (e.g. dashboards) and provide recommendations for improvementsLoad and Stress Testing: Conduct Load and Stress tests using LoadRunner to assess system behavior under user loads for Web UX, API, and database.Performance Tuning: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify performance bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and implement performance tuning strategies.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare test plans, test scripts, and perf testing reports including findings, recommendations and performance improvement strategies.Benefits
