Executing load, stress, endurance, failover and scalability tests. Well versed with performance testing project activities including requirements gathering, planning, designing scripts and creating test data, executing load tests, reporting observations, server monitoring and analysis. Experience in building modular automated performance test scripts to identify load and scalability concerns for web-based applications and mobile applications utilizing SOA design and APIs in a continuous integration environment **Proficiency in:** • Performance Testing Tools – Load Runner, JMeter, Neo Load • Monitoring Tools - Dynatrace, Team Quest, AppDynamics, BlazeMeter • Experience in creating test scripts using Load Runner/JMeter Tool for the protocols - Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, TruClient Web protocols. • Proficiency in testing Http based Web Applications and skilled in monitoring Web/App/DB layers for performance improvements. • Proven experience in performance testing and tuning. Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results. • Good knowledge on network sniffers like Fiddler, Burp Suite etc. • Ability to take each performance bottleneck analysis as far as possible, to the point of being able to suggest a fix. • Analyzing test results and providing actionable recommendations. • Experience in configuring and manage the performance test environment that mimics the production environment as closely as possible. • Working experience in Agile methodology using Scrum or Kanban. • Research new ways of performance testing and recommend system configuration and tuning improvements based on observations • Staying updated on industry trends and emerging tools in performance testing. • Working experience in Onshore-Offshore model. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address performance issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. **Life at Capgemini:** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
