Departmental Overview Compensation / Benefits Schedule M-F 1030-1900 $11.29-$18.45/hr. depending on previous work experience. Evening differential $1.50/hr. Night differential $1.75/hr. Weekend differential $1.75/hr. Norman Regional Surgical Services consists of 24 operating rooms with state of the art technology. We offer services ranging from urology, general, neuro, GYN, orthopedics, ENT and vascular access. Our scrub techs demonstrate teamwork, ensuring the sterile environment is maintained, and keeping a safe environment for our patients. We orient new scrub techs to all of our surgical areas by providing an extensive orientation with a dedicated preceptor in which scrub techs become proficient in all of our service lines. Job Summary Provides basic care pre-operatively. Assists in the assigned perioperative area. Provides post-operative collaboration to maintain a clean environment. Understands the basic principles of asepsis. Assigned daily tasks Qualifications Education High school diploma or the equivalent preferred. Experience Previous hospital experience preferred. (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure / Certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.
