Perioperative Nurse Educator

About the Position:
This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for Surgical Services Personnel to ensure ongoing competency, professional development, and leadership growth. Responsible for assessing training needs, creating tailored educational plans, and evaluating program effectiveness to enhance skills and performance within the team.
What we are looking for:
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
+ Minimum of 5 years of diverse surgical services experience.
+ Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience in presenting educational programs.
+ Bachelor of Science (BSN) Preferred.
+ Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR).
+ Certified Perianesthesia Nurse (CPAN).
