Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking a Receptionist to join their Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. The hours are 8am-5pm with flexibility to be available on email after hours and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and direct guests; log all visitors into building security systemProvide administrative support for the CEO when they're in officeDeliver and plate lunch orders, cover phone lines, perform clerical dutiesManage conference rooms: coordinate meeting schedule and maintain tidinessAnswer high volume phone lines, order office supplies, and ensure stock levels Receive and log all deliveries from FedEx, UPS and messenger servicesPerform ad hoc administrative requests from Office Manager, including weekly invoice management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required2+ years of experience in a Receptionist roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily OutlookPunctual, motivated, and proactive team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have a driver's license

Compensation/Benefits:
