As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be providing a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical treating systems. You will take ownership of sites and ensure they have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner. You will be supporting our customers needs across the Permian Basin
 

In Upstream Chemicals Technical Support, you will be responsible for:
 

Supporting customers with technical challenges and chemical applications including integrity management, flow assurance and production optimization.Managing field-oriented projects.Looking after occasional projects within a lab setting.Ensuring transactional discipline and following the job cycle processParticipating in customer performance reviews and working together with senior leadership team from the business and Specifying needs.Communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of projects.Handling standardized project processes, guidelines for choosing the right actions as well as handling diverse clients within the Permian region.Contributing to new business tenders

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Chemistry or a Technical discipline or have experience in Technical Support for upstream chemicals in Oil & Gas environment.Be a self-starter, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with a hands-on approachHave good presentation and writing skillsBe able to build and maintain good relations with our customers, both external and internalBe willing to travel and work in the fieldHave the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
