We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Permit Coordinator to join our team. This friendly professional will be responsible for the coordination and tracking of permit packets for plumbing repairs and installations.

Responsibilities Prepare permit paperwork in accordance with jurisdictional requirementsSubmit permit packages via online systems, fax, and/or in personCreate and maintain Microsoft Excel files to track permit statusCommunicate directly with city officials to coordinate all necessary inspectionsMay be responsible for attending job site inspectionsGeneral office duties as required Qualifications Must have prior office administration work experience (construction industry preferred).An understanding of air conditioning, heating, electrical and/or plumbing is a plus!Must be computer literate; experience with Microsoft Excel is requiredMust have good communication skills and be able to represent our company with city officialsA valid state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record is requiredIf you are interested, in joining our successful, growing team, please apply today!
