Our Bowie, MD office is looking for a Permit Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose.

 

What You'll Do:

 

As a Permit Project Coordinator at Bohler, you will:

Prepare and monitor status of various filed permit applicationsResearch, understand, and provide updates of local zoning and permit requirementsSchedule meetings, inspections, and appointments with applicable agencies or individualsCoordinate and communicate with internal and external project teams, as well as field staffMaintain an organized filing management process for all electronic and paper documents

What You'll Need:

The ability to learn quickly, along with an assertive curiosity, and a solid work ethicSuperior customer service skills and the ability to think creativelyPrior experience working in a construction management, engineering, or architectural capacityA High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
