Person In Charge (PIC) work with General Manager to oversee in-store operations and back of the house paperwork. Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity.

Person in charge responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Completing closing proceduresManaging Brand standardsFollowing and executing Jimmy Johns operationsManaging busy rushes

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a weekAt least 18 years of ageBasic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft OutlookAbility to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the storeOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionWilling to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employeesAbility to work evening’s nights
