Our client, an asset management firm located in Midtown East, is seeking a TTP Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support their CIO. This role will be 5 days in office with working hours being from 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their administrative skills in a tight knit administrative team.

Responsibilities:

Research and arrange hotel and transportation options for personal and family travel.Maintain and update all calendars, including personal engagements.Schedule various appointments, such as medical visits and dinner reservations.Complete and submit necessary documents, including waivers and travel forms.Assist with wire transfers and banking transactions.Support miscellaneous tasks, including catering for family events and managing invitations.Stocking the kitchen/pantry with supplies and snacks as neededTechnology help around the office as requestedAd hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of personal assistant experienceKnowledge of Outlook and ZoomSmart, outgoing, professional, intuitiveNo task too big/small mentality

Compensation:
