A busy professional in Miami is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to manage household operations, oversee staff, and provide support with personal tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and works well in a structured and quiet environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and coordinate household staff (chef, housekeeper, service providers) ensuring smooth daily operations within the home.
+ Collaborate with the Household Manager to schedule and oversee home maintenance and repairs.
+ Handle grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other routine errands.
+ Maintain an inventory of household supplies and coordinate replenishments.
+ Manage personal shopping and other requests as directed by the principal.
+ Provide attentive care for two dogs, including feeding, grooming coordination, and ensuring their well-being.
+ Proactively identify and address potential issues to maintain a well-organized household.
+ Accompany the employer on domestic and international trips as required
+ Handle travel-related tasks such as packing, itinerary management, and coordination with travel service providers.
Requirements:
+ MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent delegation and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
+ Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ 7+ years of similar experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility required for occasional travel)
