\nWhat will I be doing?
As a PA to General Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the Executive office to deliver an excellent staff experience. A PA to General Manager will also be required to provide secretarial support, manage mail, and carry out all filing. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\n\n\tCarry out daily administrative activities of the Executive office while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures\n\tProvide secretarial support to the Executive team\n\tEnsure all communications, particularly relating to owners, guests and the Corporate office are handled promptly and professionally\n\tReceive and distribute mail\n\tEnsure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner\n\tProvide minutes to Executive Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner if necessary\n\tMaintain adequate supplies of office stationary\n\tIdentify and build internal and external relationships\n\tCarry out all filing\n\tComply with all key security mandates\n\tReport any maintenance issues or hazards\n\tMaintain own work area in a clean, tidy and good manner\n\tReport defective materials and equipment\n\tAssist with special projects related to the Executive Office\n\tCo-ordinate special reservation requests made through the Executive Office\nWhat are we looking for?
