About the role

This is a maternity leave ( fixed term ) contract.
\n
The Personal Assistant to the General Manager will provide, administrative support, communications assistance, diary management and the security and management of confidential information. This role would suit someone who likes a variety of tasks and has excellent time management skills. Reporting to the General Manager you will a have diverse range of responsibilities and tasks to complete across the hotel.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nDiary Management, tracking progress on key outcomes and priorities\nSchedule and prepare for monthly meetings and events\nAdminister, collate and distribute monthly reports and internal documents\nMaking reservations for VIP and regular guests ensuring their preferences are catered for\nResponding to guest queries and resolving concerns\nEfficiently communicate with both internal and external teams for project coordination \nComplete reports on a monthly basis\nMaintenance of internal social media accounts\nOrdering of office supplies and equipment\nAssist with the co-ordination of team member recognition, internal committees and initiatives\nComplete other duties as required\nMaintain confidentiality at all times\nAttend hotel meetings and record minutes, as required \nWhat are we looking for?\nExceptional communication and interaction skills\nA keen eye for detail\nIdeally experience working with Hilton's property management & reservations systems\nOwnership of tasks from start to finish\nA focus on providing excellent customer service to everyone that you interact with\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations interacting with a wide range of people and positions\nAbility to work under pressure\nPrevious administration experience\nExperience working in a fast paced environment\nPrevious knowledge of the hospitality industry will be highly regarded\n\n
