Personal Banker: Responsibilities and Daily Duties\n
As a Personal Banker, you will do something different every day. Providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationships will be your top priority. Each customer is unique and your job will be to ask questions and listen to be able to provide banking (and possibly lending) solutions that meet their unique needs. \n
You will receive a lot of training so you will know the products, services and how things work at Merc. This will help you to be the \"go to\" banker for your customer. Banking is always changing so it will be your responsibility to continue to stay informed of changes that could occur. You are excited to share this information with your team members and customers. \n
You will work at a beautifully renovated branch office with a great team. Together, with the team, you will be sure all operational procedures, transactions and audits are completed accurately and on time. You will wear multiple hats and be prepared to fill in where needed. \n
You will have goals to achieve on your own and as a team. You will enjoy meeting and referring business to your banking partners in Mortgage, Commercial and Treasury. You will be proactive in tracking and reporting your sales and referral activities.\n

Personal Banker: Work Schedule\n
On average, this position works banking hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Community activities may require evening and weekend hours. Day travel is required for meetings and training.\n
