Overview

We are looking for a Personal Care Liaison to join our team. This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC or Branch Director PC and is responsible for overseeing client referrals, scheduling and performing assessments and marketing to referral sources.

Responsible for overseeing VA and Private Duty client referralsAssists Veterans and families on navigating the VA system and LTC InsurancePerforms internal and external marketingCompletes weekly statistical report pertaining to intake and discharges

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

 

Salary Range - $45,000/yr 

About You High school graduate, some college preferred2-4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service preferred Prior experience in healthcare Must have excellent professional communication and organizational skills.
