We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Personal Computer Support Technician for a Full-Time position. 

Job Responsibilities:

Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve electronic or phone inquiries from the public about the permit application process. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues faced by applicants or processors using the user platform. Provide technical support to all users, addressing their queries and concerns. Act as a frontline interface with the public, helping to facilitate the user application process by sharing and gathering information. Analyze reported issues to identify potential trends and suggest enterprise-level solutions. Utilize existing documentation to respond to inquiries and provide assistance. Identify topics or areas where additional documents could enhance the departments' responsiveness and improve the customer experience. Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts as required. Facilitate and track the resolution of escalated tickets, ensuring timely responses. Efficiently manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality. Adhere to responsiveness and professionalism standards Respond to public inquiries in a professional, calm, and pleasant manner, both in written and verbal communication.
