Job Description

Handle personal injury litigation cases from start to finish Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations across California Prepare pleadings, motions, legal documents, and mediation/trial briefs Attend court hearings and manage case deadlines Collaborate with a dynamic legal team to achieve favorable results Ensure timely and efficient handling of case files in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in California (State Bar admission required) 1-2 years of experience in a personal injury law firm Willingness to travel throughout California for hearings, depositions, and trials Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Passion for advocating for injured clients and seeking justice
