Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from start to finishConduct legal research and evaluate evidence to determine liabilityCommunicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companiesNegotiate settlements and represent clients in courtMaintain updated knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school3 to 5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experienceTrial experience is a HUGE PLUS
