Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide legal adviceGather evidence and conduct research to build a strong case for clientsPrepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and settlementsNegotiate with insurance companies and other attorneys on behalf of clientsRepresent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediationsProvide ongoing communication and updates to clients about their caseMaintain accurate and organized case files and documentationStay up-to-date on personal injury laws and regulations

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar association and in good standingAt least 3 years of experience practicing personal injury lawPlaintiff experience is preferredStrong knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations

Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 (DOE)Health Dental Vision401kBonus
