An established personal injury law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in Orlando, 32801. This is a permanent position offering full time hours + benefits. Starting pay is $48,000.00 + regular pay increases.

About the position: Support a board certified civil litigation attorney who is a managing partner in all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters. The litigation paralegal will take over the file once the pursuit dept has gathered all supporting documents; review medical reports, police reports, etc. Duties will include helping with discovery, demand letters, various motions, pleadings, etc. Handle calendaring and general case management. The firm uses Aderant for case management & MS Office, share file, etc. We may consider insurance defense, PIP or workers compensation paralegals.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of civil litigation experience
1+ plaintiff personal injury experience
