The selected employee will be responsible for reviewing and entering underwriting data into insurance company websites, data entry into agency management systems and preparing proposals in accordance with the practices, policies and procedures of the company. **Responsibilities:** + Assist with pre-underwriting information gathering and proposal presentations as needed. + Gather data online for insurance submissions. + Provide online portal quoting support. + Set up new client shells, policy shells, and enter all policy data into agency management system. + Compile and scan the new business marketing files into agency management system. + Invoice new business in agency management system, if applicable. + Mail Lost Policy Release forms with a client specific cover letter. + Finalize new business/rewrite proposal procedures. + Apply new business deposit payments. + Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager. + Conducts business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company. + Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager/Team Leader. **Qualifications:** •Experience with personal lines insurance •Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. •Ability to pay attention to detail. •Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. \*LI-JS Department Account Management & Service Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience Required Travel: No Travel Required Required Education: High school or equivalent HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
