Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist
Description Summary: The Personal Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist will support the sales and service operations for Personal Lines business. Given the evolving market conditions, there is a heightened need to focus resources on retention efforts. Additionally, the Insurance Retention and Quality Specialist, will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a quality program for the Personal Lines sales and service, aimed at continuously enhancing the customer experience and driving improved results for the Agency. Duties and Responsibilities: + Development, with leadership, a comprehensive proactive retention program including value-added touches with customers + Development, with leadership, a quality program that ensures we are following our processes and use technology effectively to continually improve the customer experience + Use existing and create new data analytics tools for understanding retention trends and opportunities + Working with Account Management staff and customers on retention pivotal moments such as non-renewals, lost business, significant rate increases, etc, + Provide high-net-worth claims and issue resolution support + Provide support to service team during busy periods + Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree or 4 years additional related experience in lieu of degree + 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience + Property & Casualty License Preferred Qualifications: + Advanced designation (CIC, CPRM, etc.) + Excellent customer relationship management skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
