We are seeking a talented individual to join our Personal Lines Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Kitchener, Toronto, and Edmonton offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Personal Lines, Insurance Account Advisor (Service) will play a key role in assisting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring their assets are protected.
We will count on you to:
Respond to client requests and inquiries across various channels in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client requests in accordance with carrier guidelines. Analyze, counsel, and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps, and recognize cross sell opportunities. Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications, and submit them in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines. Complete annual renewal reviews to maintain client needs from both coverage and pricing perspectives. Obtain claims information in an empathetic and accurate manner, submitting it to the carrier in a timely fashion. Underwrite files to ensure policy information and documentation remain up to date.What you need to have:
RIBO licensed preferred. If you do not have your license, that’s okay; we will be happy to sponsor you! 1+ years of work experience in personal lines insurance, or if you are new to the industry, you are welcome to apply. Position starts on the 10-6 pm shift with the ability to graduate to an earlier shift as business needs shift. Note: all colleagues are required to participate in the late shift rotation once per week (12-7 pm). Home office space with reliable highspeed internet.What makes you stand out:
