About The Role 

 

HUB continues to experience explosive growth and is seeking a dynamic client focused Account Assistant to join our Personal Insurance Team. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build their insurance career, with a strong commitment to deliver results supported by a great leadership team and work culture. 

 

What You’ll Do  

Manage all aspects of new business application submissions 

Process Insurance policies through Carrier Partner Systems and BMS (EPIC) 

Underwrite new and existing business for pricing and risk analysis 

Drive productivity and troubleshoot for issue resolution 

Provide an exceptional client experience 

Work with a great team of insurance brokers and leaders, supported by coaching and mentoring 

 

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success 

 

Client experience focus 

Customer Service experience 

Excellent communication skills 

Ability to work independently and prioritize 

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software 

Insurance Industry designations an asset
