Our Account Executive will partner with our sales team, as well as work independently on sales opportunities, to lead day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs. 

 

This role is hybrid, Monday/Friday remote days! Our beautiful office in Creve Coeur even includes a free gym and personal trainer sessions! Opportunity to collaborate on sales opportunities while gaining knowledge to become experts in fieldProvide mentorship and leadership to other team members, contributing to the growth and development of books of businessOpportunity for upward mobility and advancement opportunities across AssuredPartners!  What You'll Do Client SupportLead meetings with clients, including negotiating, selling lines of insurance, and renewal meetings at client locations.Responsible for providing comprehensive client support and act as main client contact for book of business.Effectively manage difficult client communications including loss of coverage, claim denials, unfavorable underwriting and other challenging renewal scenarios.Account ManagementNegotiate and sell lines of insurance to clients to round out accounts as appropriate. May design insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management.Own all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business.Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to the needs of the client and circumstances of the presentation.Insurance ExpertiseManage and develop strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel.Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.Review changes in carrier offerings and policies and relay information to the larger service team and directly to clients, in addition to cross selling other lines of business.LeadershipMentor or lead the work of more junior team members.Facilitate and collaborate with account team on the agency’s renewal strategy.Client StrategyCreate complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts.Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.Other duties as assigned.Some travel may be required.
