What You’ll Do
Works in a team-based structure with an assigned Account Associate to retain and grow your existing portfolio.
Pro actively researching and analyzing your clients coverage trends and identifying areas of risk and opportunities along with solutions.
Act as escalation for any unresolved outstanding client premiums.
Proactive account business planning and forecasting.
Coaching and mentoring to the assigned associate. .
Establishes networks, partnerships and centers of influence specific to the Private Client space.
Provides suggestions for continuous improvements in workflows and procedures for sales and service.
Delivering superior client management.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
Valid Registered Insurance Broker Ontario (RIBO) License
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance; knowledge of diverse insurance policies and emerging insurance trends
Experience in High Net Worth or VIP is a significant asset
Established industry network and centre of influence
Solid organizational, time, and client management skills
Team player with leadership coaching abilities
Proactive and customer-focused approach
Robust initiative and efficient follow-up skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience with Epic or equivalent insurance broker management system
