Responsibilities Analyzing client coverages and exposures to provide expert advice.Proactively contacting insurance companies regarding renewal. Consistently providing a high level of customer service in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.Efficiently and accurately underwriting new and renewal business according to company or program guidelines.Processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations by established office procedures and best practices.Completing the binding, invoicing, premium collection, and file documentation of assigned accounts
QualificationsLevel 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 desired)3 years or more experience in managing a Personal Lines Team-oriented personality Technical skills in MS Office and Insurance Portals (EPIC)
