Our client is a local insurance brokerage with multiple branches across Winnipeg, passionate about providing innovative and customized insurance solutions to businesses in the community. They are seeking a Personal Lines Broker to join their growing team and help local businesses protect their assets.

This Personal Lines Broker will manage and grow a book of business, provide excellent customer service with insurance products and policies, assess and evaluate risks, determine coverage levels, and negotiate with brokers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs  Answer phone calls from clients when availableCreate and produce insurance policies  Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clientsComplete policy reviews and renewals  Qualifications:
Level 1 general licenseMinimum 1 year of working experience at a brokerage in Autopac or Personal LinesExperienced in providing customer service in various situationsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsKnowledge of EPIC or other similar softwareBenefits & Perks:
