About the Role

We’re looking for a talent Inside Sales Manager to join our Personal Lines Customer Call Center! The Inside Sales Manager is a key member of the HUB Sales team and is responsible for the development and training of our sales agents. This individual will be managing a team of sales producers and working closely with them to ensure we are achieving our sales goals each month.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15 Personal Lines ProducersContinually construct and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, and programs as a means of producing new business opportunitiesHelp build, develop, and monitor KPI’s around monthly sales goalsDeliver performance reviews for direct reportsWork with the recruiting team to effectively hire new team membersMonitor proper headcount to meet forecasted goals

Qualifications

3-5 years insurance experience5+ years of sales or service management experienceProven leadership background in a sales environment; ability to develop, mentor, and empower the inside sales team while creating a culture of accountabilityWell organized with an aptitude for detailsStrong written and oral communication skills

Department Sales

Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
